All packages and mail addressed in this manner will go to the Hilton Grand Vacation Office and you will have to go there to pick it up.

All letters addresed to internal owners or guests can be picked up at the interval office regardless of how it is addressed.

All packages will be delivered to your room before your arrival please prepare your packages and include the following information...

More information for members...

Please use your Captiva PO Box number for your arriving mail. If work is being done to your unit by tradesmen, make sure that they have your billing address, which is your Captiva PO Box or your home address up North. You can put a forward request in at the Post Office and your mail will be forwarded to you. You can only forward mail if it is addressed to your PO Box.

If mail is being directed to South Seas via the US Post Office then such mail should be addressed to South Seas Resort, P.O. Box 194, Captiva FL  33924.

Reminder...there is no home delivery of mail on Captiva...
